I was all set up to use these guys as they were the second-lowest quote I received- I never use the cheapest. I had a hard move-out date (6/23/2016), so timeliness was of the essence, and I made sure Izzy knew this up front. Everything was going well until about 2 days before my move. This is when Izzy called me and let me know they were having issues finding a carrier for my car. He assured me that he would find someone that day and would call me later. He never called. So, I called him the next day (6/21) and he seemed to have no idea who I was until he looked up my account. He rambled off the same excuse as before and assured me that they would have someone on time- he said he would call me by the end of the day with an update. I received no phone call.

Finally, on the 6/22/2016 (the day before my hard move-out date), I called a new carrier ($150 more than South Beach's quote) and hired them to replace this awful, lying company. I emailed Izzy to cancel my pickup and requested at least a confirmation that it was canceled. Again, no communication whatsoever. The other company was outstanding! I will never use SBT again! Terrible business.
