Call the company in April for shipping my car in May. They told me no problem they needed 4 days prior and they would let me know the exact date in those 4 days. 5 days before I called them and they assured me it would be picked up within the next 4 days and they would call me 24 hours before, The afternoon before the last day I called them again and they said a truck broke down and they would call me when they were going to pick up my car.. It is now May 22 and the original pick up date was May 7. Still waiting for the call, thank goodness I called another company and had a wonderful experience. Anyone need a great car transport company don't call this one call Ship A Car Direct.. Mike is wonderful.
