Overall, the service was within the time frame given. However, the item did sit on a dock for a week within 120 miles of its destination. This appeared to be poor planning. Communications were difficult, and you stayed on hold forever and a day when you called. Was supposed to receive a call from driver 24 hours in advance of delivery and that didn't happen. He called when he was within 2 miles of the house and had I not been here when he called, I would have missed that delivery. To the plus, the scooter was in tact, no missing parts, no damage and it appeared that it had a safe cushy ride.
