Specialty Mobile Systems was outstanding in every respect. They picked up my vehicle on time at the Matson Long Beach Port (car was shipped from Hawaii) and I took delivery of my car in Annandale, VA one week later. The staff (Dee Taylor and Kristi Escher) were friendly, courteous, quick to provide a quote, and quick to let me know the status of my delivery. The truck driver was friendly and called and left messages on my work, cell, and home phones letting me know when he would be arriving with my vehicle. My Scion xB was delivered in perfect shape. Specialty Mobile Systems was about $50 higher than some of the other companies but was worth every penny.
