The entire process was painless, the vehicle was scheduled to be picked up on a Friday, however the driver had called to see if the vehicle was available earlier and came to get the car on the Thursday. The driver was very thorough with the walkthrough and loaded the vehicle. The driver did well to inform me of his ETA at the destination, and coordinated well with me to ensure timely delivery. A minor miscalculation occured by the driver and the evening delivery was postponed to the following morning (Sunday) but the driver kept me informed of the progress and was very prompt to provide the information about the delay. The car was delivered in immaculate condition and I am very pleased with the results.

Dee was extremely helpful with the entire process, and followed up with me regularly to ensure that the experience was successful. I also received a call after the vehicle was delivered to verify that all went smoothly. In my case Specialty Mobile had outsourced the delivery, but had been extremely diligent in following up to ensure that everything was done to their standards.

I would recommend this company to anyone who asked as being professional, timely and proficient.
