We apologize for this customer’s poor experience and understand the customer’s frustration. Unfortunately this customer had a misconception that we the broker in this particular move were responsible for said damages. Specialty Mobile is a carrier and a broker. This particular move was brokered out to a carrier that was affiliated with us when this move was completed in July of 2005.

<br>Specialty Mobile will act as a liaison in the event of unfortunate damages to a vehicle. We provide information to the customer for the carrier, and at that point the issue is in the hands of the customer, the carrier and the insurance company. If the insurance company denies a claim, like what happened in this move, there is no more that we can do to assist customers. According to the insurance regulations and by the regulations of the Department of Transportation these are the stipulations that apply.
