From start to finish SMS was fantastic. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. In fact, my car was delivered well in advance of when I estimated. It made it from Florida to Maryland in only 3 days. I thought for sure it would take at least a week. I was contacted, as promised, by the transport driver at various points throughout the journey. He called to confirm when he was in the State, and even called to give me a 2 hour heads up. I was hesitant to use this company until I read the reviews of other satisfied customers. I never thought that I would be writing one of these, but, after the experience I had, I truly want to share with others contemplating use of SMS. I give it a first class rating.
