I paid extra to be sure my vehicle would be transported in a closed vehicle operated by a Specialty Mobile driver. It was worth it. The people I dealt with on the phone were up-front and helpful. The driver (Chris) arrived within stated time frames and kept in touch by phone as delivery approached, so I'd know when he was arriving. Everyone was polite and professional. The vehicle arrived a bit dirty, but I suppose that was to be expected given its odyssey from coast to coast. I would use them again and not think twice.
