We at Specialty Mobile are pleased that this customer was satisfied with the experience he had moving his vehicle. However, it is disturbing to hear the comments that came from the driver, alluding that the broker should be skipped; we are a carrier as well as a broker. Anyone can directly attempt to engage a carriers’ service. However, there are processes involved in assuring licensing, operating authority, permits and insurance coverage. Sadly, if this process is omitted, total loss of a vehicle is at risk.
