Unfortunately, this customer was having a problem getting this car moved before contacting us. We knew this was not a move that could be handled by one of our trucks and we would have to broker this out for the customer. After researching the quoted price it appeared that there would not be a problem having his vehicle picked up by a carrier that is affiliated with us in the normal estimated 1 – 10 day window. We strive for all moves to move as smoothly as possible, however, there are instances when factors of vehicle size or location of origination or destination are more difficult than others. Asking the customer to add money to the COD (which is paid directly to the driver) did speed up the pickup of this vehicle. We at Specialty Mobile apologize for this customer for the delay in having his vehicle picked up and wish that this move could have been quicker to this customer, but thank him for his patience awaiting the arrival of his vehicle.
