I recently completed a major move from Florida to Illinois. This was my first experience in ever having used a transport company. Right from the start my experience with Amy Matthews from Mobile Specialty was very positive. She was extremely patient and willing to answer my questions and did a great job of explaining exactly what was entailed.

On my day of scheduled pickup, the driver never arrived. I phoned Specialty Mobile after what I would consider to be normal business hours, and was speaking to Amy within minutes. She was extremely confident and reassuring and told me in no uncertain terms that she would make the transport happen. She most certainly did - the next day the driver arrived and was actually very pleasant and accommodating as well.

The scheduled arrival date of the vehicle came and went, but I actually was not overly concerned with the fact since the car was picked up a bit later than originally planned. In all honesty, it actually made it a little easier for me because of the hectic chore of getting settled into the new home. One phone call to Amy at Mobile Specialty and things once again all fell exactly into place. I received my vehicle that same day, and in great condition.

My overall experience with this company was a very positive one, and I would certainly use them again in the future.
