The broker service was acceptable though implied the vehicle would be delivered within a week of when I spoke to customer service. The delivery was delayed due to complications with the towing service that was assigned the delivery by Specialty Mobile System. I was not notified of the delay and had to contact the towing service directly to get an update on delivery time and date.
