After not-so-hot service with another carrier in the past, I just wanted someone that would do what they promised! Specialty did everything they promised and working with them was a pleasure! They picked the car up as scheduled and delivered it to my 89 year old mother on schedule right to her doorstep. Good job Specialty!!
