Had to ship our sons car from pittsburgh pa to california. Was apprehensive shipping a new BMW on open carrier and researched alot of reviews on web. Dee at Specialty was great and explained everthing without over promising. I was shipping over christmas and new years and during winter months. the car had to arrive on a specific day since my son was flying in to LAX. The driver called the night before and we met at a Walmart parking lot near our home. The drivers were Very nice and professional. I was glad to see several luxury cars loaded from local dealers as well. We were contacted by George from Pioneer on the west coast when car arrived and he was excellent. He communicated with us throughout the day to keep us updated, and He offered to delivery car to the university parking lot within an hour of my sons arrival. I was impressed and will use them again each year for transporting each direction.
