The staff at SMS was great to work with and showed a personal interest in seeing that our vehicle was quickly and safely transported. We made the reservation only two days in advance and were able to get quick turn around.

The driver notified us when he was in the area and came when he said he would. The pick up was quick and required little attention on our part.

We were able to get special pricing since the transport happened to be in our area already. Just good luck on our part and great customer service on their part is what made it all happen.

Amy, the company rep that helped us out, was stellar and responded to us very quickly.
