The only reason I didn't give a 100% rating was due to little communication about the pickup times. I had to make the calls to get an updated time of pick up as I was trying to coordinate everything with the person I bought the car from.
The car was scheduled to be picked up on a Wed. but wasn't picked up until Friday due some problems outside of the driver's control. That Thursday was Thanksgiving so I had no problem for the car to NOT be picked up on that day.
Once the car was picked up, I received it FAST and without problems! Jeff (the driver) was very easy to work w/ and was extremely careful w/ my car. I appreciate that the most!

Overall, I would use SMS again!
