I made an investment by purchasing a high-end specialty car from a new car dealer. While I was totally dissatified with the person/broker (different & unaffilliated company) who arranged my transportation, my overwhelming satisfaction with SPECIALTY MOBILE SYSTEMS made it all worthwhile. Everyone I had dealings with from Specialty mobile was courteous, polite and customer service is the foundation of their business ethic. My car arrived on enclosed carrier, with a flannel lined car cover to protect it. The carrier driver, JEFF, was polite and professional. Jeff spoke with me several times prior to arrival to ensure I was informed as to the progress of the delivery and everything he said he would do and the date and time he could do it, was done to the letter. The delivery was 2 days later than estimated, but this was solely due to weather and understandable. I will be a repeat customer.
