My experience with Specialty Mobile Systems was extremely positive. I had heard and read about so many bad experiences with auto transport services that I was very tempted to sell my car and shop for a new/used one on the east coast. Since I was the sole owner of my vehicle and it had low mileage, I really wanted to keep it for a few more years, however. Specialty Mobile Systems and several other bidders responded promptly to my email inquiry. I did a lot of research online, including checking with Better Business Bureaus, Auto Transport Reviews, and other sources. Specialty Mobile Systems wasn't the lowest bidder, but it seemed to have a good reputation in the industry. Once I called them, they won me over with their customer service and excellent communications. I received several phone calls from Specialty and from the company they contracted with, Express Auto Transport, out of Carrollton, GA. Both companies telephoned me frequently about the estimated pickup and delivery dates and times. The driver from Express Auto was very thorough in inspecting my car and put me at ease. Although my estimated delivery date was 12/4-5/06, it was delivered to me on 12/3/06, just a few hours after I flew into Atlanta.

I was prepared for the worst, but received excellent service from these two companies. Based upon my single experience, I would recommend both companies to anyone.
