Due to the fact we do not own terminals we strive for door to door
service. Thereby, we have to work with pickup windows. We do our best to
hit customer’s time restraints; however, in this case there was apparently
miscommunication with the carrier due to a delay. The vehicle was
slightly delayed on the pickup side, however the delivery was as
scheduled. It is not nor will it ever be our practice to lie to or
misguide our customers.
