The Good: -Car was dlivered with no major scratches or damage (with one minor exception - I put brand new wheels and tires on my car a week before it was picked up. The alignment and wheel balance were perfect. When delivered, the car pulls to the left.)
The Bad: - Poor customer servce. There were delays with both the pickup and the drop off. I had to leave them several messages and wait a few days before I got a call back. Sometimes the mailbox was full, so I couldn't even leave a message, which indicates that there were other people in the same boat. I got the impression that this was just some part time gig that someone was doing on the side; not a full-time business.
