Car shipment from NY to FL. Truck broke down 20 minutes from my house. I understand things happen, but they should have contacted me to pick up. Car was supposed to be delivered Thursday/ Friday, now I come to find out they kept going to Miami. So instead of calling me to pick up vehicle, they are now 3-4 hours away. Friday, Saturday and Sunday I requested the location of the vehicle, everyone refused to answer me including the owner of the sub truck company AGI Logistics/ Kingsmen Logistix. Definitely not a trustable company. I even offered to go pick up the car during the weekend since I wasn't working, and the owner of the company declined. The dispatcher went to say the delivery will be guaranteed for today Monday/ today and they called me earlier to tell me that isn't possible. Not sure what else to do. Offered to pick up car, denied! they keep telling me dates and they aren't showing up. Please do yourself a favor and go with any other company out there. You don't want the stress knowing if your car is in good shape or if is going to get to your home. Do not use! Untrustworthy!!
