Avoid Starway Logistic LLC at all cost. Stay away from them.The dispatch is extremely rude and the customer service is unprofessional and terrible. They don't have their supervisor and they wouldn't transfer you to their supervisor.
First of all, I called Starway Logistic LLC when they will pick up my car. I gave them my order number, my name, destination and pickup address. The representative yelled me how the hell should I know. We have over 3000 trucks. lies! lies ! lies ! This is ridiculous. They work for Starway Logistic LLC and they should know my order when I give them my order number.
Second, they picked up my car 3 days late. When they pick up my car at pick-up location, my friend have to wait the whole day at the warehouse. They picked up the car at 11pm at night. This is so unprofessional.
Third, they delivered my car 3 days late. They supposed to deliver my car on July 19 2014. Then, they changed to July, 20 and then July 21. When I called them July 21 in the morning 10am, they told me your car will be delivered around 1pm. When I called them around 1pm, the truck driver didn't give me time frame. He keep on saying " I don't know, I don'w know. I am coming. I am coming.I am coming within 2 hour. He said he is in San Jose. I am in San Francisco. So, it is 40 minutes drive. He said he will come in within 2 hour (3pm). When I called him at 3pm, the truck driver told me he need to deliver 4 cars in San Jose. He needs another 3 hour. He will called me back. Why didn't he tell me before? If he told me that in the morning, I don't need to wait for him the whole day. Then, he never called me back and never picked up my phone at that day. The next day on July 22, 2014, he didn't call me back and didn't pick up my phone. So, I have to contact Starway Logistic LLC . The guy named George (Josh) at Starway Logistic LLC is extremely rude. They are not helpful and they are not professional. They are low-life ignorant people. He yelled at me. He said this is ridiculous. Then, he blamed on me. After that, he hang up the phone. He is a very rude low-life ignorant prick! Other people from Starway Logistic LLC are also rude. They are not helpful at all. They will not deliver your car. They will destroy your car. They don't have insurance. This company should be taken down. Stay away from them at all cost.
