I was very much satisifed with the service that I received from this carrier. I was expecting an open carrier to pick up my vehicle but it was upgraded to a closed carrier. As it happened the country was in the middle of a blizzard at the time of transport. The carrier picked up my car and carried it around the mid west while making other deliveries until the weather broke in the mid atlantic states which is where I am located. Carrier contacted me numerous times during this process to inform me of their whereabouts and to update me on expected delivery times. Carrier was very helpful in assisting me in getting the vehicle stored when it was delivered. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
