I had never done this before and with a new vehicle too. Working with Joanne was easy and she was prompt and very helpful. The actual carrier was great too, I just kept thinking about what might happen to my car! On the day it arrived it was noting more than a little dirty but clearly the vehicle had been respected... If I do it again I would call Joanne Nine days from when I placed the first call to turning the key and the rest, as they say is Z4EA!
