This was the first time I have ever shipped a car before and after reading all of the reviews and stories on this site I got pretty nervous. Joanne did a great job of eplaining how things worked, she under promised and over delivered. If I ever ship another car I will use Streamline regardless of the price. By the way, she was not the cheapest but took the time to explain why and why the cheapest is not the best way to go.
