Car was to be picked up on Friday; delivered on Monday. Car was picked up on Saturday; delivered on Wednesday at 9:00 pm. Driver was nice. Plan on NOT WORKING because you are going to spend your time during the day trying to find out the status of your vehicle when its late, because broker certainly does NOT follow-up or call and give you any advance notice of what you are supposed to expect. I had to manage 3 days of backed up work, because I scheduled MONDAY to be at home for the car... no car, no follow-up, no phone calls from anyone telling me the car was still in KANSAS on Monday. When I called Streamline, owner said well you already called, good thing, because once I paid $165 she couldn't remember how to dial my phone number. Wonder if she has caller ID...? Brokers should manage expectations - she gets a D- I did all the follow-up calls with Wheels Unlimited of Oklahoma - FIND YOUR OWN OWNER/OPERATOR, I requested confirmation of insurance during the sales process and upon receipt of the acceptance of transportation company,.. nothing, received it on TUESDAY... after multiple requests. and information was NOT legible, fax of a fax, of a fax... COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY TO MANAGING CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS. I do not recommend this broker. ASK how many times they deliver ON TIME.
