Streamline always responded immediately even when I called on a holiday. I bought my car online and shipped it from Georgia to Washington State before importing it into Canada. The trucking company chosen by Streamline kept in contact and even changed the delivery date to correspond with the border's import hours. Joanne made extra phone calls to make sure everything was coordinated between the dealership and the trucking company and added a lot to my ease. I have now used Streamline twice, and am impressed with the speed of response on all inquiries and reasonable pricing. Would definitely use them again.
