Joanne was responsive, interested, cooperative and resourceful in finding a transport that met our needs. When the first transport company was unable to accommodate our time frame, she unhesitantly pursued other options, successsfully. In addition, she made direct contact with the owner of the transport company to insure that promises that had been made would be fulfilled as planned. She was proactive and concerned. A pleasure to work with. We have transported with her company now three times, moving our son's vehicle cross country and back.
