Worst customer service ever .. Never do business these guys

Hello All,

This is to warn other person trying to chose this guys for service, This is what happen,

I Called these guys to take an order. During the call everything was fine, They said they have more than 3 truck going around for week and you can get picked up any time you want. They were so confident and I thought let's put an order for something which is near to my departure date. They said driver will call me 24 Hour before the pickup. I gave then call 3 days before to see if everything is fine and they said yes. Then again I gave them call before 2 Hour and then they said there is some problem and there will be delay of 2 days. I said "OK" as there are few days left for me to leave state.

Then again I called 1 days before and after calling them 20 times they picked up the call and said we already had driver assigned to me and he gave me call before 4 days (I gave them call before 3 days, 2 days, 1 days, But they never mention to me that). Then I asked what is number he gave me call to. Then he said number which was wrong than what I had in my shipping invoice.

Then I got pissed off and asked him to give me update. He said I will find something for you in 2 days. After 2 days I called multiple times and everyone said different storied to me which was all lie. Finally they told me we will puck you up on more price which was totally unfair. Then I asked me for my refund and then they said they can refund 75$ admin fee as they already assigned driver for me (Which they never did) and he called me (If that was true then he called me on wrong number which was there fault).


This is worst customer service I ever received from any one. I will never ever do business with them and not let any of friend do business with them ... Will do my best to spread this worst customer service word across social media ...

customer gave me the wrong number to begin with i called to provide driver info. no answer my driver called to cancel. i proceeded to do a follow up on the customer rite away via email. no answer. he called me and i updated him with his order and told him what happened.he got mad and started threatening me. i decided to still help him and work with him. i was able to locate another driver but he was asking for more money because several weeks went by and gasses prices are going up and no driver would pick up this vehicle for him. i told him several times. and admin fee was charged because we had a driver ready and lined up.
