This company has jerked me around for 10 business days now. They over promised stating someone will pick up my vehicle by Friday, March 9th. I could not reach anyone on Friday March 9th. Finally reached Vanessa on Saturday, March 10th. She stated I would receive confirmation email with drivers information no later than Monday morning. 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 12th, the dispatcher calls and says he has to have $650 to transport the car and a driver will be there in the morning to pick it up.

I refuse the rate and demand the rate promised of $528. Spoke with the "manager" Phillip and said his company should honor the quote and eat the difference. He said "I will see what I can do" and call you back within the hour. I called back and hour a ten minutes later to Phillip being "out to lunch" and the only person available is the dispatcher.

10 Days of jerking around. This company lies to attempt to create business and expects people to roll over and get screwed in the process. Their license to do business in any state should be revoked. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Sun Transport or any affiliate of. I will file complaints with the Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau, Department of Transportation. A complete lack of ethics and business standards. The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.
