Quite pleased with service

Suncoast was not the cheapest quote, but I decided to go with them based on how they chose their drivers. I scheduled a pick up time and was contacted a few days before to be told that I had a driver. I really am grateful for the services of Woods Backhoe Services who called me the night before and came to pick up my car. Dennis, the driver, was professional and friendly and told me that my car would not move from the spot that he loaded it on the truck. I explained to him that I would be starting a new job that following Monday and that he could drop off the truck anytime that Monday after 5p.m. On that day, Dennis called me and kept me apprised of his location. Washington D.C. is notorious for traffic and an inability to get around, so Dennis found it nearly impossible to come right to where I lived. However, we worked together and decided on another meeting point and Dennis even picked me up and drove around until we found a place where he could unload my car. I have no complaints at all with this experience. I would definitely use these services again if the need arose.
