From start to finish the representatives of Synergy Auto Transport were professional and helpful. Calls were returned promptly, emails were sent to confirm arrangements and all three representatives I dealt with patiently and clearly answered my numerous questions. Their online video explains the steps a broker takes to arrange for the pick up and drop off of your car and this was invaluable for me as a first time client of auto transport services.
After reading innumerable reviews, my biggest fear was being connected to a disreputable car carrier who would demand more money upon pick up or delivery. I was assured by Synergy that if a client reports having problems with the shipper, Synergy does not use that company or driver again. This policy cemented my decision to go with this broker.
The carrier picked up and delivered the car on time and my car was delivered in the same condition it was in when picked up. I was also allowed to put bedding and other light weight items in the trunk, which saved us a lot of packing time and shipping expense.
