I used the broker Synergy and spoke to Theresa originally and then when it came time to actually ship I spoke to Nate because Theresa was on vacation. The broker was excellent in finding a transporter in Calif. to ship my car to St Louis MO for my daughter to use for college. Synergy provided me their insur information and the transporters insurance information. The transporter used was Mon Trans Inc and the driver was Zorig. Zorig contacted me before hand to tell me when he would come and the approx date it would be delivered in St Louis by him. They used soft straps on my car instead of chains as I requested. A few hours before arrival I received a text they would be arriving within 2 hours.
