The name of the company is T&RL transports. The pickup of the vehicle was supposed to happen on Friday which was on time. The delivery of the vehicle was supposed to be on Monday at my residence but was forcefully delivered on Tuesday at my place of work, a day late. During the time of transport I was communicating with the driver and and the owner. They went round and round with me telling me different times it would be delivered on Monday, but it never happened. It seems the reason it was delivered late was because as soon as he dropped off a vehicle, he was instructed to pick up another which in a few cases required traveling hundreds of miles in the opposite direction. I understand scheduling issues can arise due to breakdowns, flats, etc. but to travel hundreds of miles in the opposite direction of the delivery destination to grab another vehicle which causes a delay in delivery schedule is unacceptable. The other thing was my vehicle was covered in exhaust soot from the 18 wheeler which was missing half of the exhaust stack. I had to pay to have my vehicle clay barred to have the junk removed. Big pain not to mention the extra money.
