False Delivery Estimates/Terrible Communication

Our vehicle transport was sourced to this Tech Transport LLC Vancouver, WA company. Initial communications regarding vehicle pickup was very good but once they had the vehicle it was terrible. They told us they would be delivering on the Monday, one week after pickup, even texting to get our agreement on a more convenient drop off location (for them!). We could not reach them and got no response from them leading up to that Monday. Had to contact the transport broker to get any status, which was that they would “possibly” deliver the NEXT Monday or Tuesday (over a week later than originally promised). They couldn’t even tell us where our vehicle was located en route. We were then contacted on Sunday asking if we could meet for delivery THAT DAY (Sunday) within 3 hours and we had to drive an hour to get to the drop off spot. They obviously don’t care about the customer and even tried to add $100 to our bill. We would have passed on this company if we had known and they count on people not knowing how this process works.
