We used this company at the recommendation of our movers (who were great by the way). Once transport was arranged via agent Golden customer service was non existent. The vehicle was picked up more than a week late and was in transit more than 30 days. When I contacted the company to find out the location of my vehicle it could not be located. The agents on the phone were rude and not at all concerned regarding the whereabouts of the car. I paid for door to door service but had to drive more than 45 minutes to pick up my car at a rest stop on the highway- I had to find a friend willing to drive me and a babysitter for my kids. 3 months later I was contacted by the company to inform me that I had not paid for the transport. Apparently the transporter absconded with my cashiers check and cashed it in another state (verified by my bank). Despite multiple phone calls and letters to the company I did not even receive an apology re garding my inconvenience or their lack of service. Do not use this company!!
