My car was delivered to me on Tuesday December 22, 2009 with huge wholes on the frame of the car. When I asked the driver why there was red clay in my tail pipe, he told me he bottomed out my car. When I drove my car home it started to smell of burning rubber. I called Jay Phillips and reported it and they told me it was previous damage and the would not be taking responsibility for it. Even though their own bill of lading shows there was NO damage to my 2008 Mercedes Benz CLK... DO NOT use this company or their sister company THE CAR CARRIER!!!!
