I requested a quote to ship my car from Miami to Texas, they put an initial quote of 695 and after reviewing several other shipping quotes I choose the lowest of 575 from some other company. People from Tim logistics kept on calling me/emailing me and confirming that they will match the lowest offer. Telephone conversation in order to solicit business sounded guinine and i contracted with Tim logistics to ship my vehicle at 575 (150 to be paid at the time of booking and 425 to the driver on the arrival of the vehicle) . They sent me a contract note for 575 . I advised them that the vehicle had to be picked latest by May 22nd one week after contracting as I was going out of the country and there would not be any person to give deliver if it was picked after that date. They agreed on this under a signed contract. Once I paid the money and kept on calling each day to find out when my vehicle would be picked and every time I called they convinced me that I will be picked on or before the latest date of 22nd. Didnot hear from them , on 22nd may, the day I had the flight to catch to leave miami, when I called they mentioned the vehicle could not be picked by if I don't pay an additional amount of 125 to the driver. And that they would not be able refund my initiAl deposit if I had to come out of the contract and get a new agent THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND BLACKMAILING AS THEY KNEW THAT I WOULD HAVE NO OPTION BUT TO PAY THE ADDITIONAL MONEY IF I WANTED TO GET MY Car MOVED AS I HAD A FLIGHT TO CATCH ON THE SAME DAY. BESIDES SEVERAL TELEPHONIC CALLS WITH LEISHA WENT SO ABUSIVE, SHE STARTED TO MAKING RACIAL COMMENTS BEGAN SHOUTING. SHE KEPT ON SAYING THt I had agreed THIS ARRANGEMNT OVER TELEPHONIC INITIAL TELEPHONIC CONVERSATIONS BUT WHEN I ASKED HER TO REPLAY OVER THE PHONE, SHE STARTED DELETING THE RELEVANT PORTIONS OF THE CALL AND COULD NOT PRODUCE WHAT SHE CLAIMED. EVENTUALLY I HAD TO PAY AN EXTRA 150 more OVER AND ABOVE THE CONTRACTED PRICE.
I RECOMMEND EVERYONE NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL AS I AM SURE THE SAME WILL HAPPEN TO YOU AS WELL. I AM ALSO IN PROCESS OF FILING SEVERAL CIVIL SUITS AGAINST THE COMPANY FOR FRAUDS, BLACKMAILINGS AND INAPPROPRIATE LANGUAGE USED OVER THE TELEPHONE
