We scheduled an auto move 1.5 months early. We called the company a week prior to confirm the date (and they confirmed). However, the day before the move, they didn't call us (to tell us where to meet them for pick up). We called them (left message, then called the next day again), and they 'didn't have' our paperwork, but said they'd try to come in a few days. We called them again, and they said their trucks were all on the east (other) coast, so they didn't know how long it'd be until they'd pick our truck up - 'it could be weeks'. By this time we had already moved (with our truck back in the state we were coming from). We explained to them that we wanted to speak with the president, then Tina said she has someone who can pick up our truck "tomorrow". I then emailed her asking for detailed clarification, then she emailed and said the order has been canceled (was unable to be completed). Not only did this company not come through with picking up our truck, but they strung us along for a couple of weeks, leaving us to take care of it via long-distance. We found someone else, who did a wonderful job (Wheeler Shipping).
