Car was delivered in a timely manner without any problems. Overall I'm pretty happy with Top Notch and the service they provided me. Nikki was very helpful on the phone and made sure things went smoothly. If I had one criticism it would be that I don't think it was made clear to me initially that the driver would require cash ($1050, personal checks not accepted) at the car's delivery and that this money could not be billed to my credit card through Top Notch. It wasn't a big deal, but I don't see why they couldn't just bill the initial card that they take your deposit with.

Would use Top Notch again.

Justin, I am sorry there was confusion on the payment portion. Our company is separate from the trucking companies so they have to be paid upon delivery. The card was for payment to our company. I am glad everything else went well. Thank you for the review. ~Nikki
