AVOID THIS COMPANY! This is the nightmare scenario - WON'T DELIVER MY VEHICLE. The pickup guy was 4 hours late because they had gotten two tickets in Michigan - invalid equipment and loading issues.....but it was me waiting until almost 9 pm in an empty parking lot for 4 hours.

BUT HERE'S THE KICKER - I got two...yes two ... 2 ... confirmations that the car was being delivered today (Jan. 11, 2012). So my son took off work, took a 2 hr taxi to get to pickup location, and has been waiting....I called because its over 5 hours waiting....AND THEY AREN'T DELIVERING IT TODAY!! AND MAY NOT BE DOING IT THIS WEEKEND!! Have to get a hotel, wait and see...miss work....total freaking nightmare.
