STOLE MONEY/CAR LOST

My husband and I bought a car in Phoenix and hired Brian Cardoza through TowingQuotes.com to transport the vehicle to the ocean port in LA, then on to Hawaii. He made the arrangements quickly and the trucking company arrived within just a few days and picked up the car. He then called and said the credit card I provided wouldn't go through and gave me a link to pay via e-check. After 2 attempts, the payment went through and I received a confirmation for the payment and ocean booking. I was told it would take about a month for the car to arrive. After about 3-1/2 weeks I called the ocean freight company to check on the arrival and was told the car was never delivered to them and the booking was not paid for. PANIC!! Brian Cardoza has not returned any calls or emails and his voice mail is continually full. The customer service phone number for TowingQuotes Payment Center is not in service. Imagine that! The $1300 was deducted from my checking account more than 30 days ago. I have filed a claim with my auto insurance for vehicle theft and have still not heard from Brian Cardoza at TruckingQuotes.com. I STRONGLY recommend you keep looking for another transport service!!
