My 2006 Toyota Sienna van broke down in Destin while my family was on vacation on Memorial Day. The transmission went out on it while we were in the middle of the road, fortunately, we were able to pull it into a Regions bank nearby safely (Sunday night). I called TowingQuotes.com and spoke to Brian Cardozo to ask for a towing quote from Destin back to Atlanta. He quoted me $500 (the lowest quote I had).
- I called and talked to him several times to ask him questions about it and he picked up every single time. So I agreed to go with them (BIG MISTAKE).
- He had me fill out a form online with details and it asked for my bank account number. That didn't sit right with me because i didn't want to give someone I don't know my checking account number so I asked if I can pay by Paypal or Credit Card. I ended up paying by Paypal.
- After he took my money, he was supposed to send over my contract... he took awhile, but he did send over a blurry (RED FLAG) contract via gmail (he gave me the story about his gmail not working, but he did pickup my phone calls). I signed the contract and sent it back to him Monday afternoon.
- Since we were leaving our van at a Regions bank, we needed it picked up soon so it won't be towed. Brian assured me it would be picked up Tuesday...
- After he got my money, he didn't answer my text and didn't answer my emails. I called to check up on the pickup (Wednesday afternoon) and he said check with someone named Steve that was supposed to pickup my van already. I called Regions bank and they said my van was still there. After that he stopped answering my phone calls, text messages, nor emails. I asked for a refund and he didn't answer.
- I had to contact another company to transport my Van.

This guy is for a sure a scam artist because if you google this company name and reviews, you can see all the people he scammed.
