I was very pleased with Paul and Trans Auto Transport (TAT Services). I requested bids on Tuesday about noon and I received several responses, one of which was Paul (TAT Services).I explained I bought the truck from Copart and it was non running and I wanted it to be picked up within 2-3 days). Paul said it could be done and since my f150 was not running he would make sure the transporter would have a winch.
Thursday morning, the transporter (Chip) called and let me know when he would be picking up the f150 at about 3pm. He then texted me to let me know that the truck was picked up and gave me an estimate of what time the truck would be delivered the next day (between 10am and noon). Chip called and gave an update of his progress at 9:45 and let me know he would be at the drop off destination within 30 minutes. Everything went great!
Paul called shortly after the delivery to ensure everything was to my satisfaction and if I had any comments. I told him I couldn't be happier with the communication, price and delivery of the truck. I told him l look forward to using him more in the future and I would recommend TAT Services to my brothers and friends. Thanks Paul and Chip for making this an easy and smooth experience!
