I have tried several times to use Transerve, with different companies I have been with, and everytime the beg me to do another car, and promise a better outcome, they end up late as usual.
First of all he was a day late, then the customer had to bring the car to us, so that we could meet the driver. Then we took the customer to the airport, because with having to meet us, he missed his shuttle. then, we are told they would be at our office by 5, then we are told to leave the car at the office, and put the key in the tailpipe ( NOT ), I dont know where they live, but not in my world. So we took the car home, and said when you get here I will meet you, he said well just tell me where you live and I will get it, leave the keys in the tail pipe and I wont wake you, ( Not )

So all is said and done after several phone calls, I receive a call at 11 they were on there way and would be there by 1130 they were only 28 miles from me. I got there, and waited at 1215 He showed. Now as for Delivery, it was supposed to be there Wednesday, as of (Saturday) it was still not delivered. Today is Monday and I Still have not heard from Transerve.
