Agreed to take shipping contract, then bailed at an inopportune time with their only explanation being they had the wrong destination despite a clear posting with extra note for emphasis.

This was after providing the wrong pickup date (which was the reason they were chosen in the first place) and delaying the date by a week without explanation.

Attempts to reach them after they broke the contract went unanswered.

Extremely disorganized and not customer oriented was my takeaway from the experience.
