ATTENTION PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE CUSTOMERS:
THIS CUSTOMERS CAR WAS PICKED UP AND THEN SHE DECIDED TO CALL HER CREDIT CARD AND DISPUTE HER CHARGE STATING WE NEVER PICKED UP SAID VEHICLE. WE OBVIOUSLY PICKED UP HER CAR, SHE SAYS WE DID IN THE REVIEW SHE LEFT.
NOW WHY WOULD WE PAY A PORT FEE, WHEN SHE SAYS WE NEVER PICKED UP A CAR. IF WE NEVER PICKED UP THE CAR, WHY WOULD WE PAY A PORT TO TRANSPORT NOTHING?
I BELIEVE THIS WOMAN TRIED TO PULL A SCAM HERSELF THINKING WE WOULDN'T BE NOTIFIED OF THE DISPUTE CHARGE TILL AFTER THE CAR WAS ON A BOAT HEADED TO HAWAII LEAVING HER WITH A FREE TRANSPORT AND US WITH NOTHING.
THERE IS ALWAYS 2 SIDES TO EVERY STORY.
