This company is a scam. They were supposed to bring my car from Florida to Honolulu and right now, as we speak, my car is in California (due to the good graces of the driver who works for another company). My car has been sitting in Cali for over 3 weeks because the port fee has not been paid by Transport services. When you try to call 561-391-9949 it takes forever to actually speak to someone. Sometimes the line is not in service or someone just hangs up on you. Or you can talk to a b!tch named Jessica, who is a complete liar and will tell you what you want to hear just to get you off the phone. And the when you call her out on her bs, she gets pissy and tries to hang up on you. Its been over a month and I still havent received my car, and Jessica will not sympathize with you or let you talk to any of the owners. Today, I got a call from the driver's manager (who works for a different company) saying that my transaction has been flagged as a scam and to call the authorities and call my bank. And thats exactly what I did. I will be getting my money back (since JESSICA said there are no refunds) from my bank and they will be left to fight with my bank (which they will prob back down from, running away with their tail tucked between their legs). Luckily, my car is in a safe place and once I get my money, I will pay the port fee myself and the driver will bring my car to the port for free! Some people are not so lucky, so please do not use them!!!!!! They are horrible and just want you $$$$$. Once they get your money will not hear from them again! Do not be fooled by their website- with their 5 star reveiws. Check out real reviews on yahoo, superpages, yelp, etc. DO NOT USE THEM. They dont even deserve the 1 star i rated them!

ATTENTION PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE CUSTOMERS: THIS CUSTOMERS CAR WAS PICKED UP AND THEN SHE DECIDED TO CALL HER CREDIT CARD AND DISPUTE HER CHARGE STATING WE NEVER PICKED UP SAID VEHICLE. WE OBVIOUSLY PICKED UP HER CAR, SHE SAYS WE DID IN THE REVIEW SHE LEFT. NOW WHY WOULD WE PAY A PORT FEE, WHEN SHE SAYS WE NEVER PICKED UP A CAR. IF WE NEVER PICKED UP THE CAR, WHY WOULD WE PAY A PORT TO TRANSPORT NOTHING? I BELIEVE THIS WOMAN TRIED TO PULL A SCAM HERSELF THINKING WE WOULDN'T BE NOTIFIED OF THE DISPUTE CHARGE TILL AFTER THE CAR WAS ON A BOAT HEADED TO HAWAII LEAVING HER WITH A FREE TRANSPORT AND US WITH NOTHING. THERE IS ALWAYS 2 SIDES TO EVERY STORY.
