We could not be more pleased with the service we received from Transport Services Online.com and One Stop Auto Carriers LLC in moving our car from New Jersey to Arizona.

Samantha at Auto Transport was very helpful in explaining the entire process in detail. She was also very patient over a period of months as we decided when to move the car and what broker to use. She quoted a very competitive price because we were in no rush to have the car moved since we had a second car already in Arizona. Once we signed the contract she had the car posted on the job board within one business day. She estimated it might take 2-3 weeks to be picked up because of the lower price. In fact it was picked up in 2 days and delivered 4 days later; the estimate for delivery was 7-10 days.

Will, the One Stop driver was very helpful and courteous at both ends. He arrived for the pick-up in NJ at exactly the time he promised and had the inspection and paperwork done and the car loaded within 30 minutes. He called us 5 hours before delivery and again when he was 1 hour away. Again he arrived at exactly the time he promised and had the car unloaded and the paperwork done in 10 minutes. Except for needing a wash (he ran into a snowstorm in the Midwest) the car arrived in the exact same condition as it left NJ.
