Let me start off by saying that this is only the second time I've transported my car. I sent my car down from South Hampton, NY to Boca Raton, Fl with a company I will not even mention. After about 10 days of no updates or anyone answering or returning my calls, I finally get a phone call form their dispatch dept. They proceeded to tell me that they had found a driver but that he needed $200.00
additional to the price I was quoted. At that point I had to agree and pay the difference. I NEEDED MY CAR!
When it came time to go back home I was hesitant to make a decision on who to use. I got a call from
Transport US. Gilbert was very helpful and informative on how this industry works. I told him I needed a little time to decide based on my former experience. He followed up like he said he would. And to be honest after speaking with other brokers I could see he not only new exactly how the business works but that he was being honest. I only had to call once. The dispatcher AB was very nice. My car was picked-
up on the third day of my 3 day window and delivered 3 day later. On time.
I will use again and recommend!
