False promises, poor communication

My opinion based on my experience is that these guys are BAD. Order no. 300712-CO submitted 10/28 with promise from them to pick up following week 11/3. No call, so 11/3 I emailed them and received response "driver will be calling; we will get back to you today." No call. 11/4, I called. "We have a guy there now, he has two more cars to PICK UP then yours." 11/5: "Sorry; I don't know what happened I'll get 'our driver" on the phone and call back." No call back. Etc. etc. every day.

Other falsehoods: "He just has to DROP OFF two more cars then he'll be there....we'll let you know." "Oh, well, the guy we had has a problem because he can't unload the vehicles due to blah blah we'll call back." The the crowning jewel yesterday: "You are the number one on our list to pick up. If we can't get it with this guy, we'll send somebody else high priority, and I will call you back this afternoon." No call, no email. NOT ONCE did they ever call me back; I had to call them and often a message from the phone company that the local number could not accept calls.

I found out they had just posted this on the national board and no one had ever agreed to pick it up. I found out from an honest company that explained how this worked. I am embarassed that I fell for these lies. I repeatedly asked for calls back from them and they never did call me back. Several times, I received a message from the phone comapny that "Corey"'s number was not in service, but then it would work. Their email address bounced messages back repeatedly. This was not how it was when getting the order set up; oh, they answered all their calls then, and got busy sending and receiving order forms!

Luckily they have not tried to bill my credit card. I blocked them with my credit card company this morning when I found out how they had been lying. No money lost yet, but now two weeks later I'm starting over trying to get my car. They should have charged correctly and been honest with me right away in order to get my car picked up. Instead, they repeatedly lied in order to get business. The above is my opinion based on my experience.
